Lately I’ve been in a bit of a funk. The more I try to stay positive the more bad things seem to happen. So lately on my journey to continue to stay positive I write down the 3 things I’m grateful for. To be honest sometimes it helps and sometimes my mind is so filled with other things that even when I write what I’m grateful for, my mind is just consumed with other things. Some negative and some positive. What I’ve found is that the more I dwell in the positive the less I think about the negatives. Here are the 3 things I’m grateful for:
- Being alive
- Clean drink water
- Family & friends
On another note life has been rough for me lately, but things are going to get better in due time. I found that speaking things into existence helps a lot. The universe is ALWAYS listening. Writing helps also. In Habbakuk 2:2 it says write down the revelation and make it plain. Write down what your goals are and work towards those things and in due time everything you want you will have.
So if you are in a funk like me I’ll tell you what I tell myself, cheer up buttercup!
