And the answer is YES! If you’ve ever thought about trying the 3 Ballerina Green Tea I highly recommend it. I’ve been using it for about a year now and the results I’ve seen from this tea is amazing.

What is 3 Ballerina Tea? It’s basically a liquid laxative that you take at night to get rid of all the toxins that you’ve ingested during the day.
What do you need to know about 3 Ballerina Tea?
1. You WILL use the bathroom ALOT! So please do not drink this tea in the day time especially if you have a job or go to school. You will also need to be by a bathroom AT ALL TIMES!
2. The first few times of drinking this tea you will experience stomach cramps, mild to severe, that is normal since this tea is very potent.
3. You should drink this tea every other day or 2x a week until you figure how it works best for you.
4. You should take a break from the tea after every month for at least a week or so because body will get use to it. Example Drink one month (every other day) then take a seven day break and repeat.
Within the first few weeks I lost about 5 lbs which is pretty good. You will start feeling lighter too! Now this isn’t some magic tea that will solve all of your weight issues, but it definitely will help. Don’t go and eat five hamburger and two milkshakes and then drink the tea and think you won’t gain weight just because you drank the tea lol. If anything you’ll just be wasting your time.
UPDATE 10/27/14 : I’ve lost a total of 18 lbs while drinking this tea, along with cutting out most junk food. So yes it is still very effective!
